Kinali Patel is an Associate with experience in a wide variety of commercial real estate matters. Her areas of expertise include property due diligence, negotiation and completion of sale and purchase contracts, leases and licences, s106 agreements, overage, and conditional contracts on the development side.
As well as dealing with development work, she also acts for both landlord and tenant clients, advising on lease matters and general portfolio management. Her clients include institutional landlords, charities, and property developers. Her previous experience includes the complex acquisition by way of a sub-sale of a £9 million investment property for a local authority, subject to occupational tenancies, and acting on behalf of a charity in the site acquisition of an old care home for circa £3 million, including overage and subsequent s106 agreement.
Kinali is a member of the both the Law Society and the Law Society – Junior Lawyers Division.
